In the folder you will find:
- Food for the Soul Lesson Plan (grades 3-6)
- Food for the Soul Lesson Plan (grades 9-12)
- Food for the Soul Slides (with intro) - These are the added slides from the workshop in addition to the slides that you would show your students.
- Food for the Soul Slides (all grades) - These are the slides that you would show your students.
- Indigenous Activist List (grades 9-12) - This is a student material that connects that is part of the high school lesson. Use this as a resource for your high school students to pick an activist from, or they can select one on their own as deemed appropriate by you.
- Preliminary Research (grades 9-12) - These are student materials that are part of the high school lesson to conduct preliminary research about students' chosen activist.
- Portraying Native Americans - This is a phenomenal article published in the Texas Art Education Association Journal and was written by Native art educator Kimberly Johnson Rutledge.
